How to pay

• By check — make it payable to "Fremont Chinese School" and drop it off at the school office (Room 229) on any class day.
• Online — scroll down to add item(s) to your cart and check out. PayPal payments add a non-refundable 5% surcharge.

After paying, you will receive a receipt email from PayPal. Enter the PayPal Order # in the registration form to complete your enrollment.

Tuition & Fees

Complete registration AND submit payment by May 16, 2026 to qualify for the Early Bird rate. After that date, regular pricing applies.

* Chinese Class covers both the Traditional and Bilingual tracks — the tuition is the same for either.
* New student registration fee: +$50, for students who did not enroll in (or who dropped during) the 2025–2026 school year.
* Each elective added to a Chinese or AC class is $530 (Early Bird) / $630 (Regular). A standalone elective is $630 (Early Bird) / $720 (Regular).

Transfers, drops & refunds

Class transfer fee $20

You can transfer classes at any point in the year, including after the refund window has closed.

Tuition refund schedule

On or before May 16, 2026 Full refund
May 17 – Aug 22, 2026 70% refunded (30% drop fee)
After Aug 22, 2026 No refund

Only tuition is refundable. The $50 new-student registration fee is non-refundable.
